If you have found any of the following card narrative names (or descriptions) on your bank statement or your debit/credit statements, it means you have ordered for a meal (takeaway; collection or delivery) and paid by card at one of the online ordering websites we manage. Possible card statement descriptions include:
We work with hundreds of restaurants and takeaways, if you wish to further identify where you ordered from exactly, then please call our support line on 01344 304070 or email info@zpos.co.uk, we can tell you where you ordered from and also what you ordered.
Amongst other things, ZPos is a company that provides online ordering websites for restaurants and takeaways. We offer card processing services to the retailers. Your payment is 100% secure and the restaurants do not come in contact with any of your card details. They merely see a "PAID" or "NOT PAID" on the orders that get sent to the shops.
When you order, if you opt to pay by card, you are redirected to a secure payment page (encrypted with 256 bit SSL and PCI DSS compliant), you submit your card details to our payment provider, Streamline, they then tell the website if the payment was successful or not, if it was you are taken back to the website you were ordering from to complete the order. We receive your funds and the shop will deliver your order. Funds we collect are then automatically deposited into the shop's bank account each week. At no point do either ZPos or the restaurant receive your card details, they are not stored on file either.
Any disputes must be made to the restaurant, we send them your money so if there are any disputes you would need to take it up with the restaurant. In extreme circumstances where an amiable solution cannot be reached, you can contact us and we will try to resolve the situation with you and the restaurant. Ultimately it is up to the shop how to handle your complaints, in most instances we have found they offer replacements or store credit.
